Pizza has always been a big part of the Il Gambero product heralding back to the oven we had in the window that you all came to know and love at our old home.

At our new home, we’ve imported Australia’s very first Italian stone conveyor oven, all the way from Italy. At Il Gambero on the Park we take pizza seriously, that’s why it’s seriously good!

Earlier in 2011 we were the major restaurant sponsor Lygon Street’s official Guinness World Record attempt for the World’s Longest Pizza. The challenge was unsuccessful in its attempt to reach the world record however we did reach a commendable 620meters.
